VH Commodore Rally Car

  • VH commodore. it has a 202 with a mild cam, extractors and a Holley 350 carby. it has a standard 4 speed gear box and standard diff.
  • Welded 6 point steel role cage.
  • VL turbo brakes in the front, standard drum rear.
  • Pedders sports suspension.
  • Velo seat with 2inch 4 point harnesses
  • Terratrip 202+ and a Terraphone.

VH Commodore
This car would suit someone starting out.

Description
VH shell which originally had 253 motor
VB front quarter panels and grill etc.
15" rims with Yoko 008Rs just on tread wear indicators

Engine / drive train
Baffled radiator
Blue 202 with Webber carb, lightened flywheel, (main seals
leaking, main bearings starting to get noisy)
M20 box
Holden 6 cylinder diff with LSD centre and additional ratios
and centres

Brakes
Unbiased master cylinder with under bonnet adjustable bias
VT front disks and callipers
VH rear disks
Steel braided lines

Suspension
Koni "yellows" externally adjustable
King springs
Nulathane bushes
Front sway bar from V8

Also have an assortment of spare parts including a T5 gearbox.
A good summary of this car is that it turns and stops but
just needs power. I never got to building a hot six
