Chantelle's XU1 Torana

This car turned up in 1993 as a result of a car swap with an aquaintance – its Chantelle’s third XU-1, all of them having been Glacier White. Chantelle is the second owner, however before we got it it needed a full restoration, having been stolen, crashed and stripped in the early ‘80’s. It was restored over 10 years with all genuine parts as they came available , and is basically a stock standard 72 XU-1. Chantelle drove it to Bathurst in 2002 for Toranas on the Mountain, and it was at the Torana Nationals in Qld in 2004.
