HSCCV Christmas in July - July 2006

This is a photo taken of the group at Agapi's restoraunt, restaraunt, resteraunt, restaurant, whatever, the other night before the traditional breaking of the crockery. I started far earlier than the others with the breaking of the crockery by combining a food fight with it as well.

As the waiters came out of the kitchen with our food, I was the first to get to them, grab the plate of food, and throw it at our group. It was so much fun!

After the police left, and the screaming had died down a little, it was clear to me that I won, but might not be allowed back for a little while for some unknown reason. I must have been pretty good at upholding the tradition though, as I heard one of the owners telling the police that 'he had never seen anything quite like it'.

It makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside when you know that it you have performed a
traditional task well, doesn't it?

I just happen to have the official photo, taken by a rather large, unshaven, smelly 'she's a rocketship mate' photographer, who demanded, sorry, suggested that we buy one of his fine hand processed photographic prints. The results speak for themselves!
